We are open for business, ready to help you. But we are taking precautions.

First, when doing in-home repairs, we will be wearing a mask, and trying to maintain a social distance. We want to minimize exposure of ourselves, as well as your exposure to us.

Second, we have a new procedure for drop-offs. If you want to arrange a drop-off of your device, first call 704-591-6420 to make sure someone is here to receive the device. When you arrive, call or text us and let us know you're here, and we will meet you outside.

And remember, many problems can also be solved remotely. We can connect to your computer in under 5 minutes and diagnose or even fix many problems from here.
