No. You only pay when the work is complete and you pick up your device. There are rare cases where upfront payment for a part or a whole computer may be needed, but we would always discuss that with you beforehand.

We charge a minimum $40 diagnostic fee for most devices, and an $80 minimum for custom-built desktops. That minimum only applies if the device cannot be repaired, or you decide not to have us repair it. If you go ahead with the repair, the fee goes away in lieu of the quoted repair cost.

We are in east Charlotte, just off Harrisburg Road at exit 39 on I-485. Call or text 704-591-6420 before you set out so we know to expect you, then call again when you arrive and we will come out and meet you. If you are within 10 miles of the shop we will simply come and collect it instead, free of charge.

Often, yes. Same-day service is $30 above the quoted price. It needs to be dropped off before noon, requested at drop-off, and be the kind of repair that can be finished in a few hours. We will tell you honestly when it is not.
